Trauma, Regulation and the Body  is a free one hour webinar about SE in an interview format.  This is a good place to start if you want to know a little bit about SE and want your questions answered about the Somatic Experiencing trainings. Introduction to Somatic Experiencing: is a three hour workshop through Somatic Experiencing International for those who would like to dive into the basics of SE before they commit to the first module.  You will have an opportunity to ask questions about the training experience. CEs provided.  There is a fee of $75, $50 of which goes to Beg 1 module of SE training if you decide to register.
